In August 2025, I made the intentional transition from private banking into small business ownership by acquiring and re-imagining Natura Stone Countertops into what is now Natura Stone Design.

Owner
Marina Hayes is the owner of Natura Stone Design, a boutique natural stone design and fabrication studio based in Orlando, Florida. In August 2025, she acquired and rebranded the established company formerly known as Natura Stone Countertops, ushering in a new chapter defined by elevated design, refined craftsmanship, and a deeply client-centered approach.
Prior to entering the stone and design industry, Marina built a successful career in private banking and investment management, where she advised high-net-worth individuals and families on long-term wealth strategies. Her years in the corporate world instilled a foundation of discipline, precision, and service excellence, principles that now shape every aspect of Natura Stone Design.
Marina’s transition into entrepreneurship was driven by a desire to build something tangible and enduring. At Natura Stone Design, she brings together the rigor of her financial background with an appreciation for beauty, material integrity, and thoughtful design. The firm specializes in premium marble, quartzite, and custom stone applications for kitchens, baths, architectural features, and bespoke furniture pieces, collaborating closely with homeowners, designers, and builders.
Known for her hands-on leadership style and meticulous attention to detail, Marina is deeply involved in guiding clients through the stone selection and fabrication process. Her approach emphasizes trust, transparency, and education, ensuring each project reflects both the natural artistry of the stone and the lifestyle of the client.
As a woman-owned small business leader, Marina is passionate about redefining what modern craftsmanship and customer service look like in the natural stone industry. She believes that elegance and structure, creativity and precision, can and should coexist.
Marina lives in Orlando with her husband and three children, including twins. When she is not in the studio or on a job site, she prioritizes health, family, and continuous learning, values that mirror her belief in building businesses, spaces, and lives with intention, elegance and beauty.
